I kept hearing about this great series called The Walking Dead, but I didn't know anything about it. I got my hands on the first one and, over a weekend, read all 50 issues. I was very pleasantly surprised! It has a '28 Days' meets 'The Preacher' vibe going on. Survivors of a zombie like virus band together to try and make it through day to day. Each issue only covers a short period of time, but the action and drama are intense. In what was called the "Best Single Comic Issue of the Year" by many publications, issue #48 certainly didn't disappoint! Check it out!
